For immediate release – Legendary Inc.’s newest development, HarborWalk Village, continues to take shape along the Destin Harbor.  Scheduled to open in the summer of 2007, Legendary is excited to announce the addition of a venue that’s sure to keep the good times rolling in Destin.

This addition of French Quarter persuasion is the well known New Orleans icon, Pat O’Brien’s. Made famous for its signature flaming fountain, dueling piano bar, restaurant concept and world-famous Hurricane drink, this grand taste of the Big Easy will add an extra spice of excitement to the harbor and to the city.

The decision to bring this New Orleans legend to Destin was based on the city’s consistently strong market in the food, beverage and entertainment industry according to Destin Pat O’Brien’s franchise owner Craig Tingle.  “We have long been enthusiastic about entertainment, dining and catering opportunities along the Emerald Coast. Peter Bos has been both a visionary and a source of inspiration in his quest to turn our combined dreams into reality,” explained Tingle.

Also commenting on the decision for the Destin site is Bill Warshauer, who heads Pat O’Brien’s International, Inc., “We are very excited for the opportunity to have Pat O’Brien’s Destin as part of our growing corporate family. Visitors from all over the world have continued to experience Pat O’Brien’s for over 70 years. It is only natural to want to bring a piece of New Orleans to Destin.  This will be a perfect match for our concept.”

From the French Quarter to the Destin Harbor, Pat O’Brien’s Destin promises to be a high-energy celebration destination for locals and visitors alike, along with the ultimate in entertainment and superb waterfront dining. The space at HarborWalk Village devoted to this new venue will offer over 12,000 square feet of covered and courtyard space with seating for over 400. There will be multiple levels, each overlooking the Destin Harbor and the East Pass where customers can enjoy the breathtaking views while enjoying any one of Pat O’Brien’s signature beverages.
